Entrepreneurship and Mentoring Scheme Methodology Trainings

On 20.02.2023 - 21.02.2023 training on Entrepreneurship and Mentoring Scheme Methodology was organized. It was conducted online by the trainers from ÖJAB.

The whole content of the training was prepared by our Partner organization ÖJAB. Training programme and the form of the training was discussed earlier at the internal meeting of the project consortium. Representatives from all participating organizations (apart from the expert organization BSW) took part in this training.

The training was conducted in English, for some of the participants simultaneous interpretation was provided. On the first day Ms. Sabina Suta-Islamovic and Mr. Oliver Böck from ÖJAB focused on the introduction to entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial mindset, preparation to start the business, project management and financing the business. All the topics were intertwined by practical exercises.

Second day was divided into two parts. At the beginning the trainer continued with the entrepreneurship course: trainers from ÖJAB concentrated on the importance of communicating the business.

Second part of the meeting was devoted to mentoring scheme methodology.  Participants (future mentors) could learn about the roadmap for a mentoring process, recruitment process and the process of matching mentees with mentors.

Now it is time to put the gained knowledge into practice while delivering the mentoring programmers in the countries participating in the project.
