The Alfa Project Association is in charge of collaborating with La Salle Andalucía in implementing the training
action in Melilla. Later on, these actions will be replicated in Córdoba and Jerez de la Frontera.
Prior to the start of the training actions, the staff to teach the theoretical modules have received training
from BSW, an expert German partner of the project, through the training of trainers methodology.
13 migrant women have begun their journey in the improvement of professional skills related to e-commerce
and marketing, among which they will be able to acquire knowledge such as creating an online store step by
step and exercises such as: designing a general strategy for social media, search engine optimization and
content marketing.
Once this phase of theoretical training is over, the participating women will have the opportunity to develop
their knowledge through practical experience in the company. We are convinced that linking employers
and women through on-the-job training can encourage employers to hire young women, while giving women
the opportunity to expand their social and professional networks and gain a foothold in the job market.
La Salle Andalucía continues the work to offer the adequate personal and professional resources to achieve
this objective, planning and developing this project in different European countries and which is made possible
thanks to the financing of the EEA and Norway Fund for Youth Employment.
