EURIBOR Study Visit in Dresden, 21-25/06/2022

On 21-25.06.2022 Study Visit in Dresden was organized. It was a second event in our project “EURIBOR: Promoting sustainable actions for empowerment of vulnerable groups of youth women”.

The visit consisted of 3 days of conference and the participants from all partner countries took part in the meetings in person: 2 partners from Poland - FORMAC Sp. z o.o. S.K.A (the Lead Partner) and National Convention of Employment Agencies – OKAP, ARIR, Vratsa from Bulgaria, German Vocational Training, Bulgaria,  PCO-Obala from Slovenia, HERMES - Malta, Reattiva - Italy,  La Salle - Spain, Poland, ÖJAB - Austria and BSW, Germany.
 
All partners had the opportunity to present their national country reports and the project implementation status. During the visit the most important issues related to current project activities were discussed.
 
At the meetings partners listened to the lectures delievered by the invited guests from ZEFAS (Center for Skilled Workers and Good Work) on the topic: “Recruitment and Integration of Women of International Origin in Saxony" as well as: “The role and methods of operation of ZEFA (cooperation with chambers, associations, institutions and the Federal Employment Agency)".
 
A trip to the headquarters of AWO Familienzentrum Altpieschen was also organized. The participants took part in a meeting and a lecture on the daily work of a partner from Germany with the target group of our project i.e. girls and young women with long-term unemployment status. The partners had the opportunity to learn about the work practices used by the German partner.
