Most of the partners participated in the traditional form: in Krakow were present the representatives from Poland - FORMAC Sp. z o.o. S.K.A, ARIR, Vratsa from Bulgaria, PCO-Obala from Slovenia, HERMES - Malta, Reattiva - Italy, La Salle - Spain, National Convention of Employment Agencies – OKAP from Poland, ÖJAB - Austria and BSW, Germany. Bulgarian partner - Bulgarian-German Vocational Training Center connected with the rest of the participants online.
The meeting was started by the project manager, Ms Małgorzata Szostkiewicz, who presented the requirements of the Financing Program and the Fund Operator in terms of management and reporting. Subsequently, all partners, with reference to the upcoming report for period 1, reported the status of implementation of project activities. In the next part of the meeting, communication and promotion in the project were discussed. The project communication plan was presented, the basic requirements for visualization and printed materials of the project and other activities contributing to the dissemination of the project were described.
In the following part of the meeting, the characteristics of the target groups were discussed. The main provisions in the work methodology of the Project Mobile Team were presented by experts and discussed with partners. Each part of the meeting ended with a question and answer session - partners raised many important issues regarding the management and implementation of project activities.
The next meeting - a study visit to Germany - will take place in June in Dresden. The main purpose of the visit will be to discuss country reports, exchange good practices in the field of services for unemployed and unemployed young women and discuss their possible application in individual countries.
