Interviews with young women from the EURIBOR project in Spain
Through individual interviews, we continue to learn about the young
participants who are attended by La Salle Andalucía, through the
entities Asociación Estrella Azahara, Asociación Hogar La Salle Jerez
and Asociación Proyecto Alfa.
Our objective is to achieve the empowerment of these young women who live in disadvantaged areas,
who are immigrants or belong to ethnic minorities and who are at risk of social exclusion, through
individualized support and an educational plan throughout the duration of the project.
To do this, it is necessary to know these young women in depth and thus detect their strengths and
weaknesses, get to know their needs closely and carry out an action plan that fits their profile.
All this with the aim of being able to offer them a quality intervention and to help them acquire
those skills and competences that generate self-confidence and the necessary motivation to achieve
their full integration.
La Salle Andalucía continues to work to offer the appropriate personal and professional resources
to achieve this goal, planning and developing this project in different European countries and which
is made possible thanks to funding from the EEA and Norway Grants for Youth Employment.
