Networking meeting of the Euribor project in Córdoba, Spain

On 16/06/2022 in Córdoba, Spain, La Salle Andalucía, through its socio-educational work Asociación
Estrella Azahara, held a networking meeting within the framework of the Euribor project.

The meeting was attended by companies from the region such as Claros SCA, Clece, Grupo Puerta Sevilla,
Amarillo Limón, Grupo Cabezas Carmona and Mercado Victoria Córdoba. The City Council of Córdoba also
participated on behalf of the administration. The Forum of Entrepreneurs and Professionals, the Dolores
Sopeña Foundation as well as other social entities such as the Marcelino Champagnat Foundation, the Hogar
La Salle Association or the Alfa Project Association joined as interested parties.
During the day, project "Euribor – Promotion of sustainable actions for the empowerment of groups of
vulnerable young women" was presented, describing the different work packages as well as the characteristics
of young vulnerable women in our region.
A discussion was then held, moderated by Alba Aranda, Coordinator of the Estrella Azahara Association, which
belongs to La Salle Andalucía, on the sustainability of training for young women, possible job options in
our market and the different social support strategies towards women in order to achieve their insertion.
At the end of the meeting we were able to collect the different contributions of the participating entities and
companies, as well as their great motivation and interest in participating in future activities and in supporting
young women from vulnerable groups.
